Corrosion-resistant diaphragm pumps utilize corrosion-resistant materials and a diaphragm structure to achieve leak-free fluid transfer. They are suitable for the pumping and vacuum extraction of strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents in fields such as chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and laboratories, thereby ensuring the safety of both personnel and equipment.

Features for LJM480-VC:
1. All components of the vacuum pump that come into contact with gas are constructed from corrosion-resistant materials; the pump head is made of solid PTFE, the check valves are made of PEEK, and the diaphragm features a PTFE coating, enabling the pump to withstand corrosive gases.
2.The pressure sensor features a measurement range of 1–1100 mbar, and the system digitally displays the current vacuum level.
3.The system offers two control modes: Speed Control and Pressure Control. In Pressure Control mode, the target vacuum level can be set via key inputs; the system then regulates the pump speed to maintain the desired vacuum level. This effectively reduces energy consumption and noise, while simultaneously extending the system's service life and maintenance intervals. The allowable deviation range for the vacuum level can be configured between 1 and 5 mbar. In Speed Control mode, the pump's pumping rate is controlled by adjusting its rotational speed.
4.The system features a "Hold" function that allows users to lock the current pressure value at any time, thereby maintaining the system at that specific pressure level and facilitating precise control over the vacuum environment.
5.Prior to operation, an initial target pressure can be set, enabling the system to execute precise pressure control based on the specified target. Furthermore, the system can be switched to the "Hold" function at any time.
6.The diaphragm features a "sandwich" layered structure, ensuring excellent durability and longevity even during prolonged periods of continuous operation. Additionally, because the pump speed is dynamically adjusted based on pressure requirements, the service life of the diaphragm is significantly extended.
7.The system operates dry (oil-free), preventing back-suction and eliminating oil fumes. It features low noise levels and minimal vibration. The system is designed to ensure reliable startup even under low-vacuum conditions.
