DESCRIPTION
The ZLS series vacuum centrifuge concentrator can rapidly and safely evaporate water and organic solvents from samples. The processed samples can be conveniently used for various qualitative and quantitative analyses—chemical, biochemical, bioanalytical, immunoassay, food safety, residue analysis, etc. It is suitable for immunoglobulin concentration, drug metabolite concentration, SPE solid-phase extraction, pre- and post-treatment for liquid chromatography, ADMET/toxicology, polymer chemistry, DNA/RNA purification and concentration, oligomerization, forensic/drug abuse testing, and general laboratory concentration.
FEATURES
1. Employs a single-chip microcomputer and a self-developed control board in conjunction with a DC brushless motor for direct drive, enabling high-precision operation control and ensuring stable operation and rapid response.
2. TFT-LCD true-color display screen with both touchscreen and physical button operation modes; all-steel casing with a corrosion-resistant orange peel finish, full lines, and an industrial ergonomic design that combines visual appeal with a sense of security, boasting high recognition accuracy.
3. One-button preheating: Utilizes precise temperature control technology for rapid heating and high temperature control accuracy, capable of heating the cavity to 40℃, quickly reaching the set temperature and maintaining it.
4. One-button precooling: Employs an imported fluorine-free refrigeration compressor unit (refrigerant R404a), meeting environmental protection requirements, featuring a precooling function and a wide temperature control range: -20℃ to +60℃, quickly reaching the set temperature; embedded national standard copper tubing between chambers ensures strong heat exchange capacity and maintains constant temperature centrifugation effect.
5. Automatic Vacuum Relief: When the instrument finishes operation or during a power outage/shutdown, it will automatically release the vacuum and allow ventilation to the external environment. The vacuum will be released slowly to protect the sample from excessive positive or negative pressure. After complete release, open the lid.
6. Seamless 304 stainless steel centrifuge chamber, treated with Teflon for corrosion resistance, is resistant to sample solvents and ensures solvent purity.
7. Multiple rotors meet different experimental throughput requirements, suitable for pretreatment centrifugation and concentration of samples such as nucleic acids and viruses.
8. Modular Design: Independent accessories allow for flexible combination and use.
9. One-button linkage function makes instrument operation simpler and more convenient.
10. Transparent polymethyl methacrylate cover allows for easy observation of the concentration process.
11. Equipped with over-temperature, low-pressure, and emergency stop warning modules to improve user efficiency, reduce the risk of misoperation, and meet users' stringent requirements for the reliability of instrument concentration results.
