Solvent recovery equipment is a device that uses indirect heating distillation and low-temperature distillation to recover solvents or wastewater. It can recover mixed solvents (gun wash water, thinner, banana oil, gasoline, stain remover thinner, PCB cleaning water, hydrocarbons), alcohol solvents (ethanol, isopropanol, methanol, butanol, cyclohexanol), ketone solvents (acetone, butanone, cyclohexanone methyl, isobutyl ketone), aromatic hydrocarbon solvents (benzene, toluene, xylene, trimethylbenzene, m-xylene, p-xylene), ester solvents (ethyl acetate, acetic acid, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, methyl acetate, n-propyl acetate), halogenated hydrocarbon solvents (dichloromethane, trichloroethylene, chlorobenzene, dichlorobenzene), alicyclic hydrocarbons (cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, toluenecyclohexanone), and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents (pentane, hexane, octane), etc. Solvent recovery equipment is mainly used for the recycling and reuse of industrial wastewater and waste liquids. Dual Pressure Protection: The safety valve automatically relieves pressure when the internal pressure within the equipment's tank exceeds 0.3 kg/cm²; If the pressure continues to exceed 0.3 kg/cm², the pressure controller transmits a signal to initiate an immediate shutdown and trigger an alarm.

4. Dual Shutdown Modes: Timed Shutdown: The equipment shuts down automatically after a preset duration; Steam-Based Shutdown: The equipment shuts down automatically once the steam output reaches a preset threshold.

Fully Automatic Feeding Mode: Enables continuous feeding and continuous discharge of materials; Eliminates issues related to odor emission typically associated with manually opening the tank lid; Eliminates safety hazards—specifically the risk of burns—associated with manual feeding and residue removal.

6. All-Stainless Steel Construction: The recovery tank is constructed from 2mm-thick 304 stainless steel, while the main body and frame are constructed from 1.3mm-thick 202 stainless steel; this construction ensures excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, guaranteeing an exceptionally long service life.

7. Explosion-Proof Electrical Control Cabinet: Designed by the LABOAO R&D team in accordance with European and American explosion-proof standards, this fully flameproof unit completely prevents any contact between electrical sparks and solvents.

8. Indirect Heating: Heat is transferred indirectly to the waste solvent within the recovery tank via thermal oil, ensuring a safer heating process. The thermal oil utilized is alkylbenzene-based and remains non-flammable even when heated in an open environment up to 360°C.

9. Vacuum Depressurization: Utilizes a Japanese-made SMC vacuum generator—a multifunctional vacuum pump unit that integrates the functions of depressurization, storage, and discharge into a single compact system.

10. Fully Automatic Vacuum Operation: Customizable to client specifications, the system features a dual-vacuum continuous feeding and discharging mechanism, enabling fully automated operation from the initial feeding stage through to final discharge.

11. 90-Degree Rotational Residue Discharge and Bottom Discharge Functions: The recovery tank can be rotated 90 degrees to facilitate the simple and convenient removal of foreign objects and impurities from within the tank. Alternatively, residue can be discharged via a bottom-discharge method, with options available for either pneumatic or manual operation.

12. Liquid Discharge Safety Protection: In the event of a cooling fan malfunction or a lack of cooling water, the equipment detects an excessively high discharge temperature; it will then automatically shut down and trigger an alarm.
