DESCRIPTION
The fully automatic self-cleaning filter automatically removes particulate impurities accumulated on the surface of the filter element through efficient mechanical scraping, and automatically removes liquid containing high-concentration impurities in the collection chamber through PLC time/pressure difference control, and discharges the residual liquid. Can be recycled or discharged. The fully automatic self-cleaning filter can continuously filter online in a single machine without manual replacement and cleaning of the filter element, and does not produce filter consumables. It is widely used in pre-filtration in the water treatment industry and self-cleaning of viscous materials such as solvents, acid and alkali solutions, polymers, and coatings. Working principle: Liquid flows from the inlet of the filter, flows from top to bottom, and flows through the surface of the filter to the outlet; when a certain amount of impurities are collected on the surface of the filter, the motor drives the scraper equipped with a corrector to rotate close to the surface of the filter. The impurities are scraped off and accumulated in the collection chamber with the downward liquid. When a certain amount of impurities accumulates, the automatic drain valve opens the collection chamber to discharge the liquid containing high-concentration impurities. The residual liquid can be recycled or discharged.
